You have the right to return your unused purchase within 14 days of receipt without stating the reason for a full refund or exchange.

The returned items must be unused, odour and stain free and with all the labels and tags attached together with the original, undamaged packaging.
Your payment will be refunded by the same means in which you made the original payment, within 28 days of receipt by us.
We do not refund the cost of initial and return postage, unless the return is the result of our own error or the items were faulty
Items returned after the 14 day period will incur a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price, unless you can provide proof of dispatch date within the period. Any restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Under no circumstances will refunds be given more than 30 days after purchase date.
We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting as we do not take any responsibility for any items lost by The Royal Mail. We recommend that you send all items via sign-for service.
For items returned from outside the UK, please label the return package as “Returned GB Merchandise” on the customs declaration to ensure no duty or tax is charged
All items are checked before dispatch, however in the unlikely event that goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt and we will arrange a full exchange or refund.
